The Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Choir Competition will begin on September 17, 2010 and end on September 19, 2010 (“Contest Period”). The winning choir will perform on Sunday, September 19, 2010 during the Evening Worship Service on board The Cruise. The choir performance will be videotaped and posted on www.xistgospelcruise.com and the Xist Urban Gospel Cruise websites through June 2010.

1. The contest is open to all passengers of The Cruise who are 18 years of age and older and are legal residents of the US.
2. Employees of Xist Worldwide, Inc. (also “Xist Worldwide”), Xist Urban Gospel Cruise, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, general sponsors, promotional partners, and members of the immediate families or households of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate or win in this contest.

1. The winners of the choir competition will have their performance videotaped and posted on the Cruise website at www.xistgospelcruise.com, and on Xist Urban Gospel Cruise websites through June 2010 and receive a $5000.00 recording session.
2. No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Xist Worldwide management and/or the sponsor in its sole discretion.
3. All contest winners must sign and date official release and waiver forms as requested. Failure to do so will result in contestant being disqualified as a contestant.
4. Winners must provide valid identification (i.e. via driver’s license, passport or other photo I.D) to claim their prize.

1. Prior to the Contest Period, eligible cruise passengers will be encouraged to participate in the contest by responding to the mailer that invites them to participate in The Choir Competition.
2. The competition will take place on Sunday, September 19th on board The Cruise in front of celebrity judges and passenger audiences.
3. The grand prizewinners will be notified in person no later than Sunday, September 19th at 4pm.
4. The contest will progress in the following manner:
1. Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Signage will be displayed on the cruise ship promoting the Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Choir competition.
2. In accordance with the number of responses received, The Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Choir Competition will consist of six to ten choirs and the choir director will determine the size of the choirs.
3. There will be an experienced choir director to orchestrate rehearsals and performance on board the ship. There will be three guest celebrity judges from among the performers already on ship who will determine the judging criteria for the choir competition on Thursday.
4. There will be Scheduled Rehearsals Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with the choir director.
5. The Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Choir Competition will take place on Sunday evening in front of celebrity judges and the passenger audiences.
6. On Sunday Evening, the winning choir of the Choir competition will perform the song “TBD” during the Worship Service at 7:00 pm.
7. There will be a scheduled Xist Urban Gospel Cruise event open to all passengers prior to the Monday Closing Reception. This event will include a rehearsal of “TBD”so that passengers feel comfortable with and engaged in being part of the sing-along portion of the Closing Reception
8. At The Sunday Closing Reception both artists and audience members will join in to sing “TBD”. The “TBD” song sheet will be distributed to everyone in attendance at the Monday Closing Reception so that the audience will be able to participate.
9. The winning choir of the Xist Urban Gospel Cruise Choir Competition will become known as The Xist Urban Gospel Cruise “winning” Choir. Please note that this choir is unique in that the choir members, selected from among the Cruise passengers, will be from all over the country and not affiliated with any one specific Ministry.
10. There may be an opportunity for the Xist Urban Gospel Cruise “winning” Choir to receive national recognition during the year through their performance participation in high profile concerts.

• All decisions made by said panel of celebrity judges and Xist Worldwide management regarding any aspect of this contest are final.
