Royal Caribbean International reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for 1st and 2nd guests would be no more than $10 per guest per day, to a maximum of $140 per cruise; and for additional guests would be no more than $5 per person per day, to a maximum of $70 per cruise.
**In order to participate in the performances, seminars and activities scheduled for the Xist Gospel Cruise, reservations can only be made with Travel Network Group.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Network Group LLC can assist with this. The rate will vary, as it is based on your age and total individual program cost including airfare. Please call for rates and information. Insurance must be purchased within 14 days of reservation to offer pre-existing condition waiver.
Event Cancellation by Sponsor:
- XIST and Travel Network Group reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
- If XIST/TNG cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
- Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
- If booking any non-refundable travel arrangements in conjunction with an event, travel insurance is recommended and available through Travel Network Group.
